due to the low viscosity, provides an excellent moisture and

environmental seal, produces no toxic fumes and provides a

good balance of low and high temperature performance.

Typical uses include protection for printed circuit boards. This

product is typically used in applications with an operating range

of -20 ℃ to 125 ℃. This product has a typical molding

temperature of 200 ℃ to 250 ℃.
