Apec HT试验品级以4-来标识。前两位元数字93…表示Apec HT，第三位数表示所含耐热品级，第四位表示
…0用于医疗设备等特殊用途的品级；
…1标准品级
…3含紫外线稳定剂品级
…4阻燃品级
…7玻纤增强阻燃品级
更一步的区别可以通过在四位元数位前加上“-/-”和一个数位来标识。 原料物性: 1. 超高耐热性能 2. APEC®HTN 温度可达摄氏220度(可代替PES. PEI) 3. 具有特强韧性 4. 易流动性 5. 高透光率 6. 稳定性能佳 7. 低密度 成型建议：乾 燥：130°C/ 6~8小时 射出温度：320°C~ 340°C 射出压力：10,000-16,000 psi 保 压：50 - 70% 背 压： 345 - 690 KPa 模 温：100~160°C ＊＊＊＊干燥未完全会造成成品黄纹、温气条纹、气泡、塑料裂解、龟裂等现像!!!干燥：在露点温度低于-18°C干燥3~5小时，使材料含湿率低于0.02。
