聚苯砜(PPSU)


广泛用途:

1、适于制作耐热件、绝缘件、减磨耐磨件、仪器仪表零件及医疗器械零件,聚芳砜适于制作低温工作零件。

2、聚砜在电子电器工业常用于制造集成线路板、线圈管架、接触器、套架、电容薄膜、高性能碱电池外壳。

3、聚砜在家用电器方面用于微波烤炉设备、咖啡加热器、湿润器、吹风机、布蒸干机、饮料和食品分配器、饮食餐具、水杯、奶瓶等。也可代替有色金属用于钟表、复印机 、照相机 等的精密结构件。

4、聚砜已通过美国医药、食品领域的有关规范,可代替不锈钢制品。由于聚砜耐蒸气、耐水解、无毒、耐高温蒸气消毒、高透明、尺寸稳定性好等特点,可用作手术工具盘、喷雾器 、流体控制器、*阀、起博器、防毒面具、牙托等。

**由于PPSU为安心材质,不含扰乱内分泌的致癌化学物质(环境荷尔蒙:双酚A),并作为一种耐热性*的材质,耐热温度高达207度。因可反覆的高温煮沸,蒸汽消毒。具有极优良之抗药性及抗酸碱性,可承受一般药水及洗洁剂清洗,不会产生化学变化。轻便,耐摔,无论从安全性,耐温,耐水解和耐冲击等方面都是*的。但是价格相对较贵。

Product Description:
Radel® R-5500 is a general purpose extrusion grade of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU), offering exceptional hydrolytic stability and better toughness than most commercially available high-temperature polymers. This resin has a high heat deflection temperature, excellent thermal stability, outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking, good electrical properties and inherent flame retardant properties. Transparent and opaque colors are available.
